Pad Printing Machinery

From small single colour equipment to four-colour process machinery with automatic feed, you can be confident about printing onto anything from promotional products to automotive components.

HANDEL supplies TECA-PRINT machines from Switzerland manufactured to the world-renowned Swiss standards. These are available in multiple configurations, employing both open and closed ink pot systems.

For long runs and production line applications closed pot systems are ideal, requiring minimal ink conditioning and minimal clean-up work.

These are ideal for single component inks from which many days’ production can be achieved without the need to change the ink.

More traditional open inkwell systems are also available providing you with a greater flexibility. Ease of access for ink tuning during production and easy plate changeover are characteristics of the open inkwell system.

For multi-colour printing several systems are available. For two-colour printing, a part slide or pad slide is available, easily transforming a small machine from a single to a two colour machine. Other machines are available for between three and 6 colours.

These may be operated with spindle-driven part-shuttles or with rotary conveyors, depending on the application. For accurate registration the shuttle tables can be tuned electronically to make sure your part stops in the right spot every time. In this way your colours line up accurately for a perfect print.

All machines are available with bases and auxiliary components such as height adjustable tables for component manipulation as well as adjustable coordinate tables to get your parts exactly at the right position for printing.

All TECA-PRINTmachines can include pad cleaning and may be configured for specific cycle types to suit the operator. Alternatively they may be electronically integrated into a production line system to synchonise with other production equipment.
